I rented out my home through Location Location for two years, and have been very happy with the service provided - particularly by Will Thacker, who has been my main point of contact throughout the let, and Adam Wetenhall, who set the whole thing up. What impressed me was the sense that Will genuinely cared about everyone involved in the let. What could have been stressful situations were handled with tact and understanding. Naturally we had issues arise and Will Thacker dealt with it all very professionally and timely, even responded out of hours to alleviate concerns and handle any situations. Refreshing to have such a good service when renting in London - highly recommend!

My requirements for a flat were thoroughly assessed and I was shown a flat that completely met my needs. Everyone I dealt with at Location Location was friendly, helpful and efficient. Even after exchanging contracts it was made very easy for me to visit the flat and prepare for my move. On moving day I received not only the keys but an extremely useful and well thought out box of practical items to make moving in a real joy. And even after I moved they continued to help me with information to make me fell really at home and enjoy living here in Stamford Hill. The whole team were excellent but I would have to single out Anna and Jamie who really went the extra mile for me.

We found that Peter, Tim and Azhar (among others) were brilliant on our sale and outshone any experience we have had with other estate agents, providing prompt and meaningful feedback after every viewing, which is so important when you are trying to sell your home. They worked really closely with us on our new property search too and Peter was great, asking us careful questions to understand our wants and desires and suggesting appropriate properties for us to view, so important when you have limited time and specific requirements! The purchase hit a couple of road blocks along the way and was delayed a few times due to a problem right at the top of the chain and Lauretta worked tirelessly trying to track down information to keep us updated and pushing things along at every opportunity, which was really appreciated, she did a fantastic job. On the day we moved into our new home, we were presented with a really thoughtful and useful box of "goodies" and essentials which was a really lovely touch. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!

Location Location come highly recommended by us. I think they really benefit by being a single office agency, focused only on the N16 area, They support the local community and all members of the team we dealt with were knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They were excellent with the sale of our flat, got us an asking price offer within two weeks of going on the market, and saw the deal through to completion without any issues. They helpfully provided plenty of advice before and after, including with our onward purchase. They are genuine and break the stereotype estate agency carries. Certainly we will use them again, if we are ever thinking of moving in this area.
