The initial selling process was not quite as expected and we found it difficult to get in contact with the agents at times, considering the higher commission rate Location charge than some estate agents. However they did secure a sale and helped us to push it through in a difficult climate, and Lauretta in particular went above and beyond to make this happen.

We recently went through a long and difficult sale of our property, managed by Lauretta and Pantelis at Location Location. They were excellent throughout and wrangled the various legal parties to keep things moving along. They did a great job behind the scenes nudging everyone in the right direction and keeping us informed in terms of what was going on and what was needed from us to help get the sale over the line. Hugely professional and personable throughout, including accommodating a time difference to ensure things got done when they needed to be done.

Although a buyer was found very quickly, we can't say it was ever smooth progress. The solictor they chose for use to do the conveyancing in our opinion was not very good. It dragged on forever and was very stressful. Lauretta was very professional throughout and did her very best to push things on but once or twice we honestly felt like jacking it all in. Seemed like it would never end and frankly we felt we were being played by the other side, maybe to gain time. So..good value? Hmm. Good and responsive team? Mainly, and Lauretta finally did the trick. Would still use Location as they have the best customers. Struggled on through all the horrors of Covid.

While it took quite a while to achieve a sale through to completion, we got there in the end. At times during the process it became very frustrating, sometimes because of lack of communication, phone calls or emails not responded to, and there was undoubtedly a coronavirus factor present. However, overall, the experience was positive. Our flat had some issues during the first six months of our tenancy (from Feb 19), when securing fobs took three months and we felt as though the agency did not really have our interests at heart. However, since Anjali has taken over managing our account, the four of us have been so pleased with how quick she is to respond and solve all and any of our queries, we decided that we would renew our contract and look forward to continuing with Location Location.
