Location Location - Stoke Newington

Location Location were very helpful and personable during our experience as first time buyers. Jamie and Lauretta followed up every query quickly and communicated effectively with our solicitors.

Absolutely lovely team! Will was brilliant and made sure we were well looked after throughout our tenancy.

Donna and Location location were absolutely incredible to deal with from start to finish! We are so happy in our new home and could not recommend them highly enough.

Tim and Lauretta were very helpful, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure the sale went through as quick as possible. I will definitely use Location Location again.

My experience of Location Location was very pleasant and positive thanks to Tim Kearney. Tim organised a number of viewings for me and my wife. His consistency, professionalism and most importantly his understanding of our search was good. Very happy to recommend Location Location to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.

Location Location was absolutely great. The team recommended a very sensible approach to selling out home, resulting in us achieving a great price after just a week on the market this summer (2018). The sales process was really well managed by Lauretta Caulfield, who was incredibly helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Location Location are the letting agents for my property and I get a fantastic service from them. They are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and their rates are very reasonable. But what working with Will and the team gives me more than anything is peace of mind that I have the right people in the property, and that both me and my tenants are getting a professional service.

We have recently rented a house with Location Location. First of all, I have to say we are usually very sceptical of estate agents. Our previous experiences tell us they generally just want to shove you the houses they have available and do not really care about you as a customer. Especially after you've rented the house! This was the FIRST TIME that we found an attentive, and caring agent - Donna has been beyond incredible, we probably rented the house faster because of her! She heard all our requests and our (long) wishlist and managed to find us a house that ticked all the boxes! As with every house you rent, there are always problems to solve and both Donna and Will have been incredibly helpful! They respond quickly, and are genuinely concerned about our living situation and if we're settling in properly and comfortably. We literally have nothing bad to point out, it's been a very smooth process using Location Location. And we're really happy with Donna, she's been a superstar! Definitely using them again whenever we'd like to move!

Excellent people providing excellent service. Maybe the only honest, decent letting agency in London. They have great properties, thoughtful and kind staff, and a positive attitude. Cannot recommend these guys enough - you won't regret finding your new home with them on your side! Karl was great helping me find a place and Will is a super-attentive and proactive property manager.

Professional, committed, efficient and positive. It's hard to find that combination in an estate agency, but these guys really nail it. They're also quite involved in the local community, which is always a bonus (especially for Stoke Newington!). Highly recommended.
