To begin with, I should mention I was a bit concerned about renting through an estate agency at first (after some not so positive experiences in the past). However, this experience has been very positive and hassle-free. LOCATION LOCATION have been great over the past year, very professional and helpful -> would highly recommend. Will in particular made our renting experience as easy and convenient as possible.

We bought our house via Peter and he had this natural ability not to push the "hard sale" (but still be very good at selling) and to work for both parties in the transaction.
