Just sold my flat through Location Location. Choosing an estate agent was not easy as they all have the glossy brochures and fancy photography these days. Location Location were generally quick to respond and proved their market knowledge in the pricing strategy and final offer we accepted. While I didn't get the chance to meet our account manager Anna, it still feel like we got a friendly and personal service.

Location Location, and our house-manager, Anjali, have been supportive throughout our time living in Hackney, from our initial flat viewing, flat maintenance whilst we've lived there, and with the check-out process and deposit. Anjali herself has been kind, clear and understanding with any and all concerns raised as a household, giving us the assurance that we were in good hands! This is all whilst living in a pandemic where I'm sure we have all had our own personal and professional pressures put upon us - which really goes to show how professional and understanding Anjali has been.

Despite the COVID restrictions, the viewings and sale process was quick and stress free, thanks to Anna and Hannah. The process after agreeing the sale was a bit more complicated due to having a very long chain, but Lauretta did her best to move it along.
