If Adam Wetenhall is your property manager, be aware - he will try and squeeze every penny out of you as a tenant. Avoid as a tenant at all costs. Attempted to treat us like cash cows and take money from our deposit for 'leaves on the floor in the garden' (presumably they haven't heard of Autumn before) and water droplets in the sink (!). Almost comical how scabby they are as a company and will do anything to make a dime off you. Took them to dispute resolution and won on every account in the end, further proving their disgusting approach to renting.
