Selling flats is not easy in the current environment, and we relied on their advice and professionalism to get it over the line. We had previously been with Dexters, and had had a negative experience overall. The switch to JLL was like night and day: we felt like we were speaking to smart, honest professionals who would give us the real message, whether it was good or bad news. With Dexters every viewing seemed to "go really well" and every buyer was "coming in hot", and yet we got no offers. With JLL the message was much more moderate: we heard more about buyers' hesitations and got a truer sense of the overall tone, and yet we ended up with two offers and ended up getting the flat sold. Michael and Sam are good, honest, smart people who helped us to sell a flat in a difficult market, and I would thoroughly recommend them to people in a similar position.
