I’m so glad that I was able to find a property through location location. They always seem to have the loveliest properties on their books and I knew how efficient they are as we have rented through them for a long time now. Osh did everything he could to support me through the whole process. He was professional, helpful, kind and friendly. He really rooted for me and I felt like without him it would have been a much more difficult process. He was amazing! And is still helping me with aftercare which is great. During the process of getting to exchange and completion Lauretta was amazing. She was so incredibly efficient and really wanted to help me and make sure it all went smoothly. She worked very hard to push it over the line in good time and I’m really grateful to her. I honestly couldn’t rate them both higher. I feel like estate agents can get a bad rep - sometimes because they can be a certain type of person! But within Location Location I have come across nothing but lovely people, really invested in helping you and very efficient and professional.
