Within the 1st week our property went on the market we received 3 offers and accepted one the same week. We then got handled over to Lauretta Caufield in Sales Progression who we couldn’t recommend highly enough. Lauretta has been compassionate, persistent, ensuring that all parties in the chain were aligned and well informed of all urgencies. She will always pick up the phone and chase proactively all other counterparts (agencies, buyers, solicitors, etc) to ensure we meet our agreed timeline. During the process our exchange date kept being postponed several times, which would lead us to reorganise childcare, logistics, etc. This has been very stressful but Lauretta was very continuously supportive and caring from the beginning till we managed to exchange.
