I had heard that buying/selling a property is high on the stress list...and it is! Especially if you're a property sales virgin like myself. That's why its important to get a good knowledgeable agent from the outset. A team of people who really do know the property market and know their clients, (both buyers and sellers). I found this at Location Location. Thanks to all the staff (from director to sales executive) at LocationLocation, the positive energy of the whole team, I achieved the sale of my flat shortly after launch and they remained helpful throughout the process right through to completion. Again as a bit of a greenhorn at all this, what more can you want than someone approachable, positive, helpful and reassuring. Result! On a personal level I'd also like to add one further vote of thanks to everyone at Location for the sales result because it has helped me get a move on toward opening a new and exciting chapter in my future. They know what I mean.... I'd definitely recommend them.
