Although a buyer was found very quickly, we can't say it was ever smooth progress. The solictor they chose for use to do the conveyancing in our opinion was not very good. It dragged on forever and was very stressful. Lauretta was very professional throughout and did her very best to push things on but once or twice we honestly felt like jacking it all in. Seemed like it would never end and frankly we felt we were being played by the other side, maybe to gain time. So..good value? Hmm. Good and responsive team? Mainly, and Lauretta finally did the trick. Would still use Location as they have the best customers. Struggled on through all the horrors of Covid.
Reply from Location Location - Stoke Newington: Thanks for your feedback Carol, happy you got there in the end and glad you had Lauretta help you get it over the line. Congratulations and best wishes!
