I had been dealing with a number of other estate agents who did not seem to listen to our needs/wants and showed us properties below our standard which were above our budget. Our experience with Andrew at John Payne changed that completely, he listened to what we wanted in a house and found us the perfect place first time which had everything we wanted and more. From there, the rest of the process was clear and efficient with plenty of communication and attentiveness in answering all of our queries in a fair and diligent manner. All in all the most hassle free experience I have had dealing with an estate agent while I have been renting in London and would definitely recommend.
