We were very happy with the service we received. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were kept up to date at every stage. Chris was polite, helpful, and considerate, and any questions we had were answered promptly where possible and any that couldn’t we were assured that it would be looked into and followed up on. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily recommend John Payne services.

We had a great experience with John Payne selling our home. A special thank you to Sam and the rest of the sales team, who were always helpful, responsive and covered one another seamlessly during absences. Their valuation was spot on from the beginning. Although we initially tried slightly higher due to variations from other agents, we ended up selling within a week at the original price John Payne recommended. We really appreciated all their hard work and would highly recommend them as the trusted, longstanding local agent that they are.
