Excellent service from start to finish. Chris, Will and Max were all very professional, responsive and helpful throughout. Our house sale was completed quickly with no dramas, at the price we expected and with a competitive commission rate. We thought the quality of the marketing was excellent, and also the manner in which the team kept us updated on viewings and feedback was second to none. It was also pleasing to hear the buyers saying the same about them, despite it being clear that their agent (Conrans) was less than responsive and helpful at times. Would thoroughly recommend. Will at John Payne, Lee branch recently sold our house. The circumstances and various things about the sale were difficult and throughout the process, he was helpful, thorough, professional, very communicative, understanding and got a great price! I would highly recommend the Lee branch.
