Will Hughes of John Payne estate agents was really helpful with our property search. Romi and the team at John Payne Lee have been fantastic in helping our move to Lee. From the first viewing, making an offer, and signing documents until getting the keys to our new rental, Romi was so helpful and really quick to respond. After having several Estate Agents value the house it was an easy choice to pick John Payne. Obviously very knowledgeable on the local market, but most importantly very easy to work with. Everyone I dealt with at the branch in Lee-SE12 was great, from Will's valuation, Max's sale and the support of Pauline and manager Chris. It was rather daunting to be selling a vacant property from some distance away, but the team kept in touch and helped me through all the steps of the sale. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.
