We bought our flat through JP, our estate agent Sue was especially helpful during the process. Very quick to respond and available when we needed her. In the future if we do sell on, I would definitely go to Sue first!

This was my first experience selling a house and I could not recommend John Payne highly enough. The team were fantastic and in particular Sue Denny couldn’t have done more to facilitate the sale. She was brilliant and went above and beyond! The service was professional, friendly and collaborative. I would use them again!

After being with a different estate agent for 3 months with no luck at all, John Payne took over and immediately got us a lot of viewings. We priced the flat too highly but John Payne consistently brought us viewings and were very close a few times to sealing the deal. They eventually found us a buyer and then managed that through to completion. Their staff, especially Sue and Ben, are highly professional, friendly and responsive. A big recommendation from me!

I am a first time buyer for property purchase in London. Since the viewing of property to completion, the whole process is smooth with Ben and team's responsive help. At the beginning before I offered, Ben and team helped me to seek owner's reply to my queries about the house condition and history. In the middle of the process, Ben helped to monitor the process professionally in order to ensure the issue kept rolling smoothly by all relevant parties. Also, at the final stage of contract exchange and completion, Ben and team put great effort to push the issue and end up it got through within the target period of timeline. Because the completion is before end of June, I can save a lot of Stamp Duty within the Stamp Duty Holiday. As an overseas buyer, I have commissioned John Payne to take up the full management and letting services job for my house. I feel thankful having John Payne in the purchase process.

I recently completed the sale of a house in Greenwich and Susan Denny acted for me. I was continually impressed by her attention to detail and keeping me informed - I live overseas so all of this had to be done from afar - she realised the difficulties, not to mention stress, that this entailed and dealt with it professionally, courteously, and was always on top of problems when they arose (which is a whole lot more than can be said for the solicitor, but that's for another review!). Unfortunately I don't have any other houses in Greenwich to sell but if I did Sue would be my first call.
