Sue Denny did a fantastic job - I had the experience of both selling and purchasing a property with her. She is very pleasant and helpful to deal with throughout, she pushes deals along when they get stuck, she goes out of her away to be available (even sometimes on her day off!), and her experience means she can offer helpful advice on other aspects of property sales such as solicitors, contractors etc. I couldn’t ask for a better estate agent to work with. John Payne East Greenwich gave a realistic, but fairly high, recommendation for price we should put our house on sale for. They had an excellent knowledge of the area having sold the most properties in the area out of the agents we got valuations from. They had buyers waiting to buy on that street and so our house was on the market for less than a week and it was only on that long whilst we negotiated the price with the buyers. Sale took a long time (5 months) but through no fault of the agent and luckily we weren’t in a rush.
