We had been searching for accommodation for our daughter as she is starting her second year at Kent Uni. We had been let down with her original letting, and were worried it was a bit late but when we spoke to Lauren at Mann she assured us she would would do her best to help She certainly came up with the goods and this house share is even better than the original one So glad we contacted Mann and thanks again to Lauren
Even though the process was numerous, each of them was for a good course. I was really enthused about the variety of options and how prospective tenant is allowed to make a choice. I would say that the team was always available to help. The level of professionalism is really good coupled with their prompt response to mails.
