100% AVOID THEM. Unresponsive, Unprofessional and absolutely no care for their tenants. I would give them 0 stars but there is no option to do that. I am currently a tenant at one of the properties managed by JLL and honestly, this is one of the worst experience I have had in my life. They are only helpful when you are initially renting a property from them after which they become extremely unresponsive. 2 years, I am waiting for them to fix issues around my flat. 2 years guys!. we had no heating in our property for 1.5 years and we sent them multiple emails which they didn't respond to. In the end we had to buy our own heaters and pay extra electricity bill because they never fixed the issue. If they did end up replying, they will not actually fix the problem and just buy time. I have dealt with 4 property managers over the last 2 years, all of which did nothing to actually fix the issues at the property. They just kept asking me to email them again and again. I am 100% sure they will ask me to email them below after this negative review, HOWEVER, I HAVE ALREADY EMAILED THEM OVER 2 YEARS, DOZENS OF TIMES. They claim that property manager has left the job and new one is coming. Under normal circumstances, I would understand that, however, They have now said this to me 4 times with a new property manager every time. Most recently, they asked me to write all the issues again because the last property manager has left, yet the person asking me to write all the issues again was CC'd on each email from the beginning. I would 100% avoid them specially if you are thinking of renting long term. There are much better agencies out there which are professional and helpful. TO JLL: Do NOT ask me to email you the issues, you already have a list of each of them. Numbered and in bullet points. I don't know how much more specific I can be. 2 years I have been emailing you.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Where do I begin...My boyfriend and I first started renting a property from JLL in January 2021 and have only had problem after problem since moving into our flat. We previously rented a flat from Savills in The Ram Quarter and had such a lovely experience that we looked to move into a bigger flat, but stay in The Ram. We found a two bed flat, being rented out by JLL - I have to say that viewing the property, exchanging details and handing over our deposit was pretty seamless, however when we moved into the actual property was when it became clear the service that JLL provides is atrocious. We moved into a flat that would most certainly be considered 'new' being 3 years old - there was mold all over the bath and shower, missing lightbulbs, broken bedframes, stains over the carpets, a broken window that wouldn't shut in the bedroom (bearing in mind this was January) amongst other things! It was clear that JLL either hadn't checked that the tenants who left the flat had paid for an end of tenancy clean or JLL just hadn't bothered doing one themselves, I am afraid I don't know what the previous agreement was. However, I do know how we left our previous flat in The Ram and what we we came into had been neglected and not made right before new tenants moved in. After weeks of chasing for the above points to be sorted, it took JLL two weeks to send someone out - it is noted that we are in the middle of a Lockdown, however there was no issue with showing us the flat and taking our deposit during this lockdown, but ensuring a flat is fit to rent seemed to be considered far less important in JLL's eyes.I wish the story ended there....in February we pieced together that our neighbours, also renting from JLL, had a leak in their bathroom whose wall backs onto our Kitchen / Living Room. The only reason we knew this is because we could hear workmen going in and out of their flat. Bearing this in mind, I began to see the skirting boards separating from the wall that backed onto their bathroom and within a week's time I began to see damp and mold forming on the walls. I made our Property Manager aware that the skirting boards were separating from the wall on the 2nd February, it took a week to send a workman out to look at the wall, and then I had to chase up JLL to confirm what the report had said!! That weekend damp began to show and mold began to form. It is now the 2nd March, one month after making JLL aware of this issue we are no further along and the damp, mold and skirting boards are getting increasingly worse.Word for the wise, stay far far away.

Do NOT use as a management agent. We have been with JLL for 2 painful years now and signed up for a fully managed "service" as we currently live abroad. We have had 2 property managers, both of which take months (not hours, days, weeks but MONTHS) to reply. We end up organising most things ourselves. Unsurprisingly, they are always very quick in reaching out for any payments, renewals etc. but it is impossible to actually reach anyone. JLL's property management has been a nightmare from start to finish.

Most positive reviews here are from their staff, please be aware of that. JLL is the worst agency to deal with in the whole of the country. They steal, lie, cheat and make up things as they go, treating their tenants and landlords like criminals while they are the ones constantly breaking rules and regulations as per contract. Please have a look on other websites and the reviews there will be similar to mine here. Incompetency seems to be the number one requirement for landing a job at JLL. They have no shame falsifying documents in order to push their lies. Service is far below average and they are extremely rude. They lie to landlords about their tenants and then lie to the tenants about their landlords, creating a divide between the two with false information played to both sides in order to hide their mistakes.

One of the worse agents I have ever dealt in the world is - Thomas Wade. He is one of the most incompetent "Core Property Manager" I have ever seen in my life. Please ask him for more information and evidence of our conversation. It is absolutely pathetic.
