I lived in Sloane Gardens for 18 months and just moved back to NYC. I absolutely loved living in the area and the JLL management team consisting of Shirley Ryan and Catie Supple are a big reason why I was able to love my flat despite a whole host of issues upon moving in and throughout my tenancy. These ladies remedied everything that went wrong for 18 months as fast as they could by being supremely prompt, courteous and professional - everything you could possibly want in a management team. I would say I even got to know their humorous sides - I mean what else are you going to do when things go wrong and you have a tenant like me who loves to email? I can say without a doubt that without Shirley and Catie, I would not have been happy in my flat and probably would be writing bad reviews about the flat all over the place. They deserve gold medals for the way they handled my experiences and I can only imagine how busy they were if they had other tenants with similar issues. On a side note (I'm not sure which company should take ownership of this), but for the amount of money I paid to live in Sloane Square, I should not have experienced the amount of issues I did in my flat. In addition, although I suppose you can never know beforehand, the entire area was under construction for almost the whole time I was there - which was quite a nuisance with the noise and dust that accumulated in the flat. But I still love Sloane Square and give big kudos to Shirley and Catie!
