Great service from Alex at JLL whilst buying a property. He made himself available at short notice and during weekends so we could do extra viewings (for moving purposes) after our offer was accepted. He helped move the transaction forward and was good at managing slow solicitors. Would certainly recommend him and JLL.

My first time being a tenant in London and my experience was great. Hayley was very good, and also every one else I had contact with as well, including Bruna the administrator was very helpful and upfront in answering all my doubts and moving with all the required paperwork very quickly. Since I was on a very strict deadline it all worked out perfectly. From viewing to keys in a week. Highly recommend it.

He helped to follow-up with the solicitors and the buying agent to ensure the sale was pushed through. Hayley were very helpful and gave info about more available properties. She even stayed behind her working hours to show us the property. All the way from choosing the flat to finally moving in to it was smooth and quick. All agents in JLL we had contact with were easy to get in touch and very quick in replies.
