Hayley were very helpful and gave info about more available properties. She even stayed behind her working hours to show us the property. All the way from choosing the flat to finally moving in to it was smooth and quick. All agents in JLL we had contact with were easy to get in touch and very quick in replies. Really good experience so far. Thanks :)

Excellent and helpful service from Micheal from start to finish who even opened the office for us when it was closed so we could get the keys. Bruna and Mara have also been very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had used JLL from 2003 to 2012 (before they were JLL) and always found them to be best agents in Greenwich for renting my house. Consistently good tenants and great service which is why after a few years we did not advertise with any other agents in the area. I actually bought the house from them too :)

The staff at JLL were amazing. Very friendly and professional. We had to move out of our family home at very short notice due to flooding and they were able to find us a lovely rental property and turn around our references and tenancy agreement in 3 days! 5 star service! Many thanks to Hayley and Oscar for all their help.

Alex Sibley at JLL has remained cal, and gone beyond the call of duty in terms of helping us with our house purchase. From the beginning he seemed fully invested in making an appointment happen (on a Sunday!)and has been a total pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use the firm again.

Having just let my house through using the services of JLL Blackheath and Greenwich, I am writing say that the letting agent, Halley, the manager Sarah and the administrator, Bruna, all did their job perfectly resulting in a timely and positive overall service. The service was 'joined-up' and everyone knew what was happening at each stage. Excellent.
