We recently completed a purchase through JLL and we were very satisfied with the process. Rosie was our main contact, and throughout the process her input was invaluable. She helped to keep the parties focused on key points and move the transaction forward in a timely fashion, despite a fairly large number of enquiries. The team at Woodberry Down (Hanan, Adnan) were also very accommodating with additional viewings which allowed us to plan for our move in date.

I have seen many properties in the UK since my arrival in September 2021. Among the estate agents my husband and I encountered here in the UK, Mr Adnan Tipu is by far the most responsible, professional and knowledgeable agent we have meet. In addition to being very customer-oriented, he is superbly smart and efficient in resolving all the challenging issues that have never been easy and straightforward which come up in the course of the purchase. His professionalism in grappling with all these has given so much peace-of-mind to my husband and myself, where honestly we feel so privileged for.
