Thanks to Ms. Hanan Qassem, I found a suitable place to rent in London. from the moment she answered my phone call inquiring about the apartment till sealing the deal, Ms. Hanan was very helpful, kind and extremely professional. She was really helpful by sending me a video of the apartment and then during the viewing she explained everything and answered all my questions. she even took me in a tour around the building to show me the surrounding area and the places that could be in use. Also, she walked me through the process and paper work and was very patient with me. I am very happy and satisfied by the service I've got from her.

Very friendly and helpful Estate Agent service. Our agent Hanan showed us around a few different properties and guided us through the entire process from initial offer to referencing and move-in. She was always available via Whatsapp when we had any questions and never pushed us to agree to anything we weren't happy with.
