Over the past few years I have been thoroughly impressed by Peter Roberts and his team, including, in particular, Rosie Golder and Kelly Trew. They are professional and efficient, honest, and very knowledgeable about the properties they market and the area in general. I have dealt with numerous estate agents across London, both for renting and buying/selling, and the team at JLL Woodberry Down have proven themselves to be the gold standard. I am aware of previous neighbours returning to Peter to let their flats after being let down by cheaper agencies. I have since left the Woodberry Down area but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with this branch of JLL. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Rosie Golder at JLL was extremely professional, competent, and knowledgable. She went above and beyond in guiding us through the process of buying our flat, and helped us manage some very difficult solicitors. - She regularly chased up our solicitor and the vendors' solicitor - We could rely on her to know what should be happening at each stage of the process - She was friendly and clear in her emails and phone calls - She clearly knew the Woodberry Down area and development very well - When showing us around the flat, she gave us all the space we needed, and was very helpful.

One of the best experiences with a real estate agent in London. Rosie is very professional and efficient. Very patient as well as we looked for the ideal flat for a few months and she kept us informed of properties in the area. We were always kept informed of the next steps in the process and provided very useful information to make our move as easy as possible.
