Beth was amazing in assisting me with my rental enquiry!! We got a viewing the next day and she kept in contact to make sure I’d filed in everything I needed!! Fingers crossed we get the property!!!

I rented a property from Manning Stainton at Moortwon. The application process was smooth and everything digital reducing waste and time. They were also very responsive to my quries. Tom was my point of contact, and despite some unintentional delays due to mainteance issues, he was professional and very helpful.I have now moved to my current address.
Paulina Gluszek from the North Leeds letting office was really helpful and answered any questions we had. We were kept up to date all throughout our application and Paulina even helped us to arrange for us to collect the keys 2 days earlier than first planned. This meant Paulina had to amend our letting agreement but it was not too much trouble for her.
Tom was very helpful throughout the process of renting our first property. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently and professionally to ensure we had a quick move- thank you!

We asked Manning Stainton to manage the letting of our property and have been really pleased from start to finish.
