Adam kemp is our property manager and he always provides a great service, is very efficient and helps straight away with any problems the tenants have. Highly recommend.

I have recently had to pleasure to liaise with Adam Kemp at Manning Stainton. Adam has been always punctual and polite in responding to my queries and the service he offers to customers is top class!
I am a landlord and having been working with Manning Stainton for a number of years, and have found them very professional, helpful, and always responsive - which is a great weight off my mind knowing that my property is in good hands. Would highly recommend. In particular Bobbie B has been exceptional!

We have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.

We have let our property with Manning Stainton for a couple of years and the service level has been consistently high. We like the fact that we are allocated a property manager as you know exactly where to direct any enquiries. Our property manager, Bobbie Brockbank, is extremely efficient and responds promptly to any messages or emails; it's so refreshing to have someone so proactive overseeing our property. Thanks again Bobbie!

Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. Louis is very approachable and very informative as well. I have full confidence in Louis as my dedicated property manager. Thank you for being so efficient :)
