As an overseas client with little understanding of the London market, Hayley and the JLL team were exceptionally helpful and timely in answering all my questions and queries. They gave me all the information I asked for, helped liaise with the landlord, and kept me updated with the status of my property search. Even after moving in, small problems with my flat were attended to in a time and professional manner. I would highly recommend the JLL team for anybody from overseas looking for a new home in London.

I found Houseman Properties through a networking group that im in and I must say that the service is to a very high standard. I run my own business and my time is limited as it is. I've been using houseman properties for the last 5years to rent my flat. They have always found tenants within a week of the last tenants leaving. Best property company I've rented through. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems, however minor, are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact the property is managed by Houseman Properties for the landlord, I always feel that they are looking after me too and I'm never 'just the tenant'. Although the property isn't my house, it is very much my home and my opinion is always kindly taken into consideration if any work needs doing here. Too many horror stories around about renting, but absolutely not the situation here. Great agent, obliging landlord and I'm a very happy tenant!
