It is 2025! I know that people are desperate for affordable housing, but it should be illegal and surely non ethical to rent properties which do not meet the UK regulations. I viewed a property without cooker extractor. When I asked if it is possible to add one to comply with regulations and to be healthier environment to live in, the answer was to keep the window open while cooking.....!
