I rarely write reviews on Google but I had such an amazing experience with these guys that I thought I should leave them a review. We rented a place through these guys. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Nicos was very helpful and managed to negotiate with the landlord to reduce the rent for us. A few weeks after we moved in, we had a problem with hot water, and so we called Ellis & Co. They sent us a repairman for the same day! Something you won't see with other Estate Agents. Overall, we had a great experience with them and I highly recommend them.

This is the first time in my life, I have completely confident with the Estate Agents in the UK. Most of time before of contract they will offer you every things and they promise every things you want but after you sign your contract most of time they ignore you. These are especially manager of this branch are very friendly and knowledgeable in their job and they care about both side land lord and tenant. They offered me very reasonable price in the market about the flat i have rented. Every times when I had any question, they provide me best answer in my knowledge with the patient and very clearly without any exaggerate and show off. I purchased my flat through Ellis and Co in Queens parade Bounds Green. I had been looking for a property in the Bounds Green and Bowes Park area for a while. I thought it prudent to try and form a good relationship with some of the local agents in the area and found the team at Ellis and Co by far the most helpful and courteous. Tony and Ravi really knew the area well and were able to give me a good insight into the local market. When I finally found a property I liked, they were incredibly professional and patient in dealing with what ended up being a difficult purchase.
