We received excellent service from Mr. Nikolaou, the process was very fast, they helped us a lot in matters of information about processes such as credit history and in general where we had for it was the first time we rented a house without the bills and without furniture. Both the price of the house and its condition are impeccable with the office providing constant support on technical issues. They recommend it unreservedly. I rarely write reviews on Google but I had such an amazing experience with these guys that I thought I should leave them a review. We rented a place through these guys. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Nicos was very helpful and managed to negotiate with the landlord to reduce the rent for us. A few weeks after we moved in, we had a problem with hot water, and so we called Ellis & Co. They sent us a repairman for the same day! Something you won't see with other Estate Agents. Overall, we had a great experience with them and I highly recommend them.

This is the first time in my life, I have completely confident with the Estate Agents in the UK. Most of time before of contract they will offer you every things and they promise every things you want but after you sign your contract most of time they ignore you. These are especially manager of this branch are very friendly and knowledgeable in their job and they care about both side land lord and tenant.
