Overall I have had a great experience in dealing with the team in Ellis and Co. at Bounds Green. Tony, Ravi & Matthew were a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property in the summer of 2015 and have a great understanding of the market in the area. They were always calm and kept me updated in the final exchange process at all times. They managed both mine and the buyers solicitor very well and we had a very quick and smooth exchange & completion as a direct result. We also had our property rented out for a period of time prior to sale which after a year of self management we handed over to Michael and his team at Ellis to manage the rental on our behalf. They again provided an excellent service and were always on top of everything for us. It was far easier to have his team look after it for us than for me to try and manage it from afar and I would recommend the service to any potential landlord in the area.
