Not professional at all. They left my flat full of mould for months and when I left they try to get for them 120 pound more. Horrible service and people

Worst company ever managed by people they don’t know their job. No professional, no helpful .. I ve got sick because in the flat where We used to live there was big quantity of mould and Nobody help us even if we got asked from fews months

Went in there super happy and ready to get the paperwork done so I could secure the house. I get starred at by a nasty woman at the reception with zero manners. I tell her to hold it (the house) and as i pass her the phone for the details she asked for she gets a call and by the end she rented it someone else. First come first serve is how it should be but it turns out she'd rather not do any more than she has too. Lazy horrible people do this kind of thing . . I think sarah was the name really bad person. . . She should be fired but shes going out with an agent (James) so probs wont be. . . Dont give them your money go to foxtons instead :]

The worst experience with a letting agency. The agent was rude and he shown us the flat in a rush, pushing us up and down the stairs to be quick. The flat wasn't a good match for us and he complained we don't have clear ideas. I don't recommend them at all.

They were dealing with a property we were moving out of, passed on from another property manager. Must have told them a 1000 times to give us notice before they come for a viewing. Still came in unannounced. Update: What I didn't mention is that they actually walked in that time they came unannounced. Furthermore they have been calling and sending emails to get me to change my review with bribes, and to try and excuse what happened. They never actually apologised either. Crazy.

Guys please do not write a review befor you move out because you have no idea how these people will change to. I am about to move out on 15th Sep. The agency guy get into my room without knocking on Saturday morning. And I did not receive email before. And they do not even feel sorry about it. They even 'made up' an email to explain that they sent email before. Pictures of email will be uploaded later as proof after I mosaic some personal details.

terrible service- nobody came for our flat viewing and as we asked someone from the apartment where our flat was he said that he was not aware of any flat viewings !!! And when we called the agency nobody picked up !!
