NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL !!! Booked me a viewing and ghosted. I was waiting outside for half hour without being given any acceptable solutions. I've initially got contacted on call, but different people gaved different answers for whether they can arrange online viewing. A man on call kept repeating they have many groups for viewing, room will be taken quickly, etc. Uncomfortable communication and can't understand what he was pushing me for After receiving a viewing confirmation, I took an annul leave specifically for this viewing. I was told someone informed me viewing had been rescheduled when I arrived. Actually nobody informed that as I checked everywhere (spam inbox, text, phone calls, etc.). I was waiting outside in hopeless. Emergency calls couldn't help me get in touch with any person responsible for that. When I finally received calls from salesperson, he was giving non-sense excuses and saying uncertain solutions. They just tried to let me squiz in favor of their time for reschedule (no exception can be made for their mistakes), so I have to accept online viewing during my inconvenience time in next day. If I'm not urgently looking for a room and this location is the most suitable one, I won't bear this service. And I also can't imagine how inefficient and problematical service I will receive after check-in, if pre-sale is like that. Won't recommend for people who are urgently looking for the room, you will be driven mad. Will change the score if there's any improvement in the future
