The overall experience with securing a property was smooth. From the initial viewing through to getting our offer accepted, everything moved along easily and without complication. Demmy was great. He showed us the property and was very professional, friendly, and open to questions. He explained well what the process was going to look like, and he also took our calls after the viewings when we had further questions. His support made the whole experience a positive one.

The letting of our property was handled primarily by James Davenport. He understood our exact requirements regarding the tenant we were aiming for to ensure they were the right 'fit' within our development.
