Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. The communication was poor, the process was unnecessarily complicated, and I found the handling of our deposit particularly frustrating. I would especially mention Denise, who gave us clear reassurance in writing that the full deposit would be returned to us, only for the final payment to be handled differently. What was most frustrating was having to repeatedly chase the agency for updates and deal with contradictory information from different people. For a letting agency, I would expect much better organisation, communication and accountability. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend keeping everything in writing if you are dealing with this agency.
