The experience with Luke and Reliable Homes was enjoyable from the very beginning. The agent is enthusiastic about his work and was very efficient in booking viewings for several places as my girlfriend and me needed to move ASAP. Luke has a good understanding of what his client might need at the moment and all of the places he proposed were great. We did not need much time to decide that we want to move on with one of the flats he showed us. As a couple that is experiencing moving in the UK for the first time, the agent explained clearly what the following procedures would be so that we are confident everything would be fine. With Luke's help, the referencing stage was quick and easy, which was important as we needed to move within a week. There wasn't any problems with the new place and all documentation is properly done. The care of the agency for their clients is brilliant as Luke called me to check if everything is OK several days after moving in. Would definitely recommend this agency!
