It is my second year with Reliable Homes. They are great and very helpful during my first year of stay and thus I continue my second year with the agency. Last week I had a bad experience with the issue of bursting water pipe and they sent a plumber to have the bathroom fixed and it was fast and efficient. Elena and the team (Gian, Marina) is always fast in replying your questions and sort things out nicely. They are really helpful in answering my email, calls, and they will make sure everything is fine and great. No doubt, they have been consistently delivering top service and assistance so far till today.
