Estate agent to avoid at all cost. I would give this review 0 stars if possible. I would usually never review but as this was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had, so felt obliged to write one. The agent Satnam had me waiting days on end for updates on a property I was interested in. He failed multiple times to stick to time frames set by himself. He would often tell me he will get back to me within the hour or by the end of the day, and I would not receive anything from him until I prompted him, after giving me every excuse under the sun why he did not contact me back. I had to take matters into my own hands by visiting the vendors themselves and asking them about current situation. Complete time waster with empty promises and could never keep his word, avoid this agency and especially this agent at all cost. Note that this review is not exaggerated in any way. _______________________________________________________________________ EDIT: To address Mr Orna's response. IF you personally evaluated the correspondence between us both, then you would have seen that I had to follow up with him several times before he would give me an update, never being able to deliver at a time HE proposed. You are correct to say he would respond to me at times of like 9.30pm, However why did you not include that he was supposed to respond to me within the time HE stated - "I'll have an update for you around 4 after I have spoken to the vendors", now this isn't what he said specifically as i'm paraphrasing but you get the idea. This did not happen once, it was multiple times. For everyone reading, I understand that not everything is straight forward so a prompt response is not always applicable, but in this case, it was straight forward. I simply wanted to know the vendors stance on their asking price (which I was able to comfortably meet and willing to go higher) but the agent did not communicate that with me AT ALL. After congratulating me on securing the sale of the property, I was informed there was a 3rd party offer involved who bested my current offer, understandable, however I was kept in the dark after this so could not even counter that offer - thus resulting in me having to physically turn up at the vendors house and asking them for an update myself (like i mentioned in my original review). Unbeknownst to me, after speaking to the vendors in person, they said the sale is already underway and lawyers have been in touch for the most part of a week - Meanwhile "Satnam" is still messaging me saying he will speak to the vendors..... yeah right.....
