I'm a current tenant of theirs and all I can say is that they are extremely slow and unhelpful. I moved in 5 months ago with new desks and chairs included in the contract and only received the desks after 2 months of moving in after constantly nagging them and have yet to receive the chairs that come along with the desks. We have been asking for a water meter to be installed for 5 months yet nothing has been done. One of our dining chairs broke around a month and a half ago and we have asked to get a replacement but nothing has been done. We constantly call to remind our property manager or ask for updates but they change every few months without notice and often aren't even in when we call. How can you be on lunch break at 3:00PM and not update me through email despite me asking several times to get updates on these issues. They have scheduled several check-ups and what not and say that they will charge us if we are not home for it but they don't show up half the time they say they will. So disrespectful towards us and a blatant disregard of our valuable time. I've tried to be understanding in the beginning but it's been 5 months and yet majority of these issues are still not solved.
