Had an awful year with this agency. Various parts of our flat were in a constant state of disrepair and Drivers refused to fix most of the issues despite multiple chaser emails. It took them over 8 months to fix a broken window which was broken before we even moved in. They had to be chased on 8 separate occasions. They took two weeks to respond to a flood in our kitchen during which time the room was completely unusable and very dangerous. Our flat also had a constant mould issue which was never resolved despite the health risks & the agency being well aware. Avoid at all costs.
