You allowed your child to consistently draw over the walls and place stickers, which has caused damage above normal wear & tear. Your Toilet was also heavily stained and didnt look like it had been cleaned throughout the tenancy. Your landlord charged £250 towards the cost of repainting the walls (the actual invoice was higher), which isn't unreasonable considering it took three coats of paint to cover the marks. It's also worth noting that a check in was carried out by an independent company at the start of the tenancy, and a check out at the end of the tenancy to ensure a fair review of the condition the property was returned in.
