Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. Were excellent throughout- quickly found multiple buyers for our house with minimal fuss. They didn’t inflate the price of our house as many estate agents do but have a realistic valuation, good advice and without any pressure actually got us a very good price and buyers for our house in a difficult market. We liked that they have been in the area a long time and are a genuinely local business who know the area and houses here very well. They kept in touch with the chain and were on it in a way we haven’t found with estate agents before.

Any questions we had Jaime and the team answered incredibly quickly, even on weekends. Their level of service was excellent, and they were also helpful in coordinating with all parties involved (including the solicitors and the other party's agents!). They were also competitive on price without compromise on quality. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with. Jamie, Ellen and the rest of the team at Bryan and Keegan in Brockley couldn't have been better. We bought our new house through them (Feb 26) and they were head and shoulders above any agent we have ever dealt with. They really listened to what we were looking for and have the right information about the property prior to offer, and they were transparent and communicative throughout the bidding process. However, it was post offer that Jamie really came into his own. We had a 7 link chain and Jamie oversaw the whole process, keeping us informed and chasing other agents/solicitors to ensure the sale went through. He really went above and beyond and seemed one of the few agents that understood that their role is as much about managing the post-offer process. It really stood out how much better Bryan and Keegan were when dealing with other agents in the same chain who seemed to lack the experience and attention to detail that Jamie had. I couldn't recommend them enough.

After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.
