Bryan & Keegan Estate & Letting Agents - Brockley

We recently purchased our forever home with B&K and we can’t thank the team enough for all of their help. It was quite a tricky chain but Ellen managed it all professionally and her communication with us was great.

Thank you so much to the B&K team for their help with our first house purchase and in particular to Ellen, who was so helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. Thank you Ellen for helping cast aside the negative stereotypes associated with estate agents!

The team at Bryan & Keegan have been great to work with on a recent purchase. Very professional, friendly, and throughout it all B&K have been happy to assist with queries (even after completion of the sale/purchase process). I would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to others!

The team at Bryan and Keegan helped us to sell our house in Crofton Park. Communication was excellent throughout and the team helped us with professional advice whenever we had a query. We valued the personal touch, smooth process and commitment from Jamie, Michelle and Ellen. Thank you.

We recently sold our house with Bryan and Keegan and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Supportive, engaged and helped guide us through the sale.

Great service from Ellen and James. A smooth, stress-free purchase, thank you.

We've just sold our property with Bryan and Keegan, they have been SUCH a pleasure to work with. Really fantastic communication throughout and everyone a pleasure to work with. The team is brilliant and provide a really personal service, they keep you super updated throughout. Good, honest pricing strategy 👍🏼. Provide quick and detailed feedback on every viewing 👍🏼 Great at supporting constructive communication between both parties 👍🏼 All round wonderful.

We cannot praise more highly Jamie and his team at the Crofton park office. Jamie is the most OUTSTANDING estate agent, he works relentlessly to keep a chain together, mediate and chase outstanding issues. Not only is he a lovely guy, he goes above and beyond, is always contactable, and is upfront and honest with sound reasoning behind his advice. The valuation was bang on, as we sold at asking price very quickly and their rates were the most competitive too! If you are looking to sell your house, do not hesitate to get in touch, we could not have done this without him!

The service I received from Jon and his team was second to none absolutely stunning 5 star ++ Highly professional and extremely helpful I can't recommend this independent agent enough To say Jon was helpful is an understatement Always on hand to offer advice etc and going the extra mile always I wouldn't say a gold service more like a Platinum service Highly impressed and will be using Jon and his team again The whole marketing and media package was fantastic thanks to Jon and his team Thanks again

We recently sold our property in SE4 with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie, Ellen and Michelle are exceptional estate agents, both professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale and exchange; from the initial viewings to managing a very long and sometimes challenging chain. Jamie is calm and collected and was completely un-phased by the various challenges during conveyancing, never accepting failure as an outcome. Communication was clear throughout and whilst they were acting for us as sellers, they were also in close communication with our first-time buyers to guide them through the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and Keegan for your next property sale or purchase.
