Jamie and the team were really great and I cannot recommend these guys enough. I met with 4 agents to sell my Brockley flat. Historically another company had sold/marketed majority of the properties in our block but I noticed the prices were consistently lower than I would have expected. Bryan and Keegan then marketed and sold one for around 5-6 % higher than the others which drew me to meet with them. The other agents just focused on the poor market and the draw backs of the property to try and get me to lower the price but Jamie was positive and we worked on a price which was realistic but also attractive for me. The end result was that I achieved full asking price and the sale was turned around within 3 months. All parties were really happy and I would definitely recommend Jamie again. It was refreshing to work with an agent who felt committed to me as a seller rather than just trying to get the sale at a lower price to get commission. Admittedly there is always a bit of luck/timing when selling but I could tell that Jamie believed the price was right and I think that is why he has sold properties at a better rate in our block than others.
