B&K just sold my flat. Had such a great experience with the team - Jamie, Ellen & Michelle. Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. At the time we decided not to go for it, but when we were ready to sell I remembered how helpful Jamie had been, and so I immediately contact them to sell our house.
