We purchased a property in 2017 through Northwood and let this out through the guaranteed rent scheme. We have been extremely pleased with all the help, advice and service given. All the staff at Northwood have been very professional and friendly when we have contacted them.
After useing other agents in the past this time I decided on Northwood Iam very impressed with them especially Kathy Gowland she constantly answered any questions I had, chased up solicitors and constantly got in touch with updates thanks Kathy for all your help much appreciated will use Northwood again .
As a landlord living a long distance from my properties there are sometimes many things to deal with when securing new tenants and Ellie was incredibly helpful in many ways, nothing seemed to much trouble - thank you Ellie.
Kathy Gowland is a credit to Northwood she showed me around the property and from start to finish kept me informed of everything that was going on , can not thank her enough for everything she has done ..Thanks Kathy
We have found Northwood to be very helpful, and they are responsive when we have an issue. When our heating broke in November, they arranged for it to be repaired within a couple of hours. Fran has inspected the property on a couple of occasions, and was helpful with questions each time. Much better experience with this company than we have had with others.
The Northwood Sales Negotiator (Kathy Gowland) was at the property on time. She was patient and answered all my queries regrading the property. Thank you.
Northwood have been fantastic helping me look for my first house to buy, especially Ellie-may she is a true credit to the team.
Carol and the two Ellie's in the office have been brillant . Carol was top notch when took us for the viewing and the two Ellie's was brillant in the office with the paperwork ... let's hope they give is the house now
