From the moment I spoke to Jo from sales and Steph from Lettings I knew that I was dealing with true hardworking professionals who will work hard for you.
I was never left without an update, the calls and emails came thick and fast and to say the service was efficient is an understatement.
I will always deal with Northwood as my first choice.
There are so many disinterested and simply lazy agents out there, to find an all round amazing team is a true find.
Please do not waste your time with any other agents; this team really are stand alone.
Thank you girls, you are unbelievable.
Joanne gave us excellent service and we couldn't fault her at all. its a difficult process selling a house and its fair to say our anxieties were through the roof. Joanne made the process understandable and put us at ease. through her skilled practice. Joanne was very knowledgeable and her communication was excellent throughout the process. we are so glad we were able to sell our home before all this covid kicked off and I thank Joanne for all her support in getting this done so quickly, Joanne you are a star. thank you
A big thank you to Ruth for helping with the process of taking on properties from my previous Landlord. Having made the initial contact, Ruth took over and dealt with everything smoothly and efficiently, thank you for making my life just a little bit easier.
Reply from Northwood - Liverpool: Paul,
Thanks for your review. It's great to hear that our staff are doing such a good job.
I've been in contact with Rhea throughout the process, the house I liked had been taken by someone else but their application fell through and Rhea contacted me straight away and kept on top of my application to ensure I'd get the house (which I did). Pleased with the service offered and particularly with Rhea for her proactivity as without her assistance I wouldn't have got the house.
Reply from Northwood - Liverpool: Letty,
