So I contacted Northwood as a prospective landlord seeing as they are local and an ever popular agent in my area... After submitting an online query via their contact form, the team were quickly in touch to understand my needs and see if they could be of service. Just a few weeks later my property has a tenant in place, whilst using agents is not always something I understand people wish to do when letting, for me this experience has been a breeze. Whilst giving me peace of mind around accounts and viewings, it also importantly ensured the tenant was happy and looked after when moving into their new home. I’ve received great service from all of the team so far but have to mention Ellie Ealey who has been superb in keeping me up to date as applications and situations have progressed.
