Professional and efficient
Very responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service.

Happy with Belvoir
My experience with Belvoir thus far is one that I am happy with. Arranging the viewing was easy and I was promptly responded to. The viewing was conducted by Haris who is very friendly and helpful. I had difficulties finding a guarantor for my apartment (my fault, not Belvoir's) and when emailing Amy to sort this, she was very patient and understanding. She has a very approachable personality, is honest and down to earth whilst still retaining professionalism.

Great teamwork
It was a wonderful experience switching to Belvoir Lettings. Each consultant carried out their task speedily and professionally. Shout-out to Rebecca, Nathan, Mikael, Amy. Happy that my property was quickly re-let after a bit of redecoration.

Excellent communication and progression of tasks
Nathan Luther and Adam Rastall have always found me quality tenants with long leases, see to faults quickly and efficiently, and have local tradesmen on their books to deal with problems quickly and at competitive, VAT free prices. I have been using this company for over 3 years now and their personal touch far outstrips other agencies I've used for my lettings. Highly recommend

Move in experience
Excellent customer service – everything was smooth, from the flat application, referencing, and processing to key collection and move-in. The staff were very professional, always friendly, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mikael and Mason, who went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Having had some not-so-great experiences with other companies, Belvoir truly made a difference for me.
