5 star service, all the time!

Belvoir have been letting my property for a couple of years. They are prompt with queries from myself and the organisation and management of tenant issues is excellent. So prompt, organised, and as far as I know, they have never dropped the ball. 5 star service through and through!

The team at Belvoir have again been super, and most recently Nathan and Becky, who has sorted out everything regarding my new tenants. Many thanks.

Super easy to contact and very proactive in getting any problems sorted which is always appreciated. Always keen to help us with issues that we’ve had in the past, and they’ve been particularly great in sorting out our most recent problem with a leak in the property.

I recently had a leak coming into my salon from an apartment Belvoir manage above the salon. I wasn't expecting a property agency to be so efficient and get the job sorted ASAP! Also at a high standard and the contractors were perfectionist. I am thankful to Belvoir for getting the damage fixed rapidly within my buisness as this could of caused alot of problems for me and my salon. If I was into property development I would want Belvoir to manage my properties. Even buying properties i think they would be so efficient as I received the best service. Nathan was so helpful on the phone making sure all steps were completed and contacted myself to make sure the job was done to my standard. So thank you Belvoir this has been much appreciated. And thank you for dealing with the landlord and getting quotes sorted between yourselves, with no bother to me.
