So efficient and friendly. They really help sort things out and go the extra mile to help. As a landlord who lives outside the city I do get the feeling they look out for me and help me very step of the way. They remove so many obstacles and seem to care about tenants and landlords equally issues are resolved well

I have been a tenant with Belvoir for the last 10 years. Nathan in the central office is outstanding at customer service. He co-ordinated numerous issues which occurred in a very short space of time, keeping me in the loop throughout. My gas service was carried on 31st March 2025 as arranged and the contractor was friendly, polite and helpful.

Amy, who helped us with getting the inventory, and generally taking pictures and videos of the apartment was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to let out, or sell their apartment.

After contacting some agencies in Liverpool to look for a new home, we discovered Belvoir was the most helpful. The agent Amy is the best agent ever, she really took the time to kindly answer all of or emails and doubts. We were really lucky to find her, she help us a lot during the process. We are very happy in our new home. I want to appreciate too the system Belvoir uses to provide a nice 3D of the properties. Other property adds have really 'calculated', 'fake' and bad photos that have nothing to do with reality. As well as the house descriptions, Belvoir presents the properties giving a clear and honest description, without any extra additional and useless text.
