New Tenancy Agreement

Moved into apartment for the first time renting a property. Belvoir were brilliant from start to finish, assisting us with the process and any requirements. They then helped us right through to moving house and all the staff (we dealt mainly with Amy, Mikael and Haris) were always pleasant and willing to assist. Would recommend to everyone.

Great communication and follow through

Very responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service
