I’ve been using Belvoir Liverpool for over 3 years now. All the team provide an excellent service and keep you well informed of any issues. If anything does need repairing they deal with it and get the best quotes to do quality work. They view the property on a regular basis and provide a detailed update. It’s nice having a company manage your property without having to worry about it. I would highly recommend them and have to friends who are looking to rent properties.

Very responsive to quieries and questions. Belovoir quickly found me good quality tenants where other agencies in Liverpool had failed to provide tenants with adequate references. This slightly higher fee is offset by a very individual and personalised service.
