Only been with Belvoir around 7 months however the service they provided was first . Any issues I had were sorted quickly & all the staff were really helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Amy and Adam were amazing while we were trying to find accommodation while relocating to Liverpool They did everything over the phone and email which was fantastic as we couldn't attend the viewings in person. Quick responses to all queries and no question went unanswered. Would highly recommend Belvoir Liverpool.

I've been with Belvoir for 9 years and can recommend them very highly. Rebecca, Teona and Kyle constantly go the extra mile to make things as simple and smooth as possible. They have always made my communications between my landlord and myself clear and easy. Any issues? Sorted with quality and speed by the best contractors. I am leaving Belvoir soon due to ill health and I'm missing them already. I really can't speak highly enough of this agent.

I recently had a difficult situation to manage due to a collapse of the roof of my apartment complicated by the fact that the liable landlord could not be contacted. This caused an irregular situation. Belvoir and in particular Kyle Hoffman was was quick to intervene and manage all aspects of the situation which had a just conclusion. Thank you Kyle your timely actions and communication skills.
